Very “ Key West” . Great local neighbors. There is a master with on suite bath I am considering renting out. The prime room in the house. Small picket fenced backyard with a gazebo. Ample parking. Short walk to the beach. I will be furnishing the house unless someone has furniture. I went on the road so to speak as a traveling renovator. Its time to land again. The rent would be $1200 all in for the master and private bath. It is a quaint home in a great location. I have an aging 65 pound Australian Shepard that I love way too much.. Go Kamala.
