It is a 4bed/3 bath house. You can either share bath with one person or use downstairs bath, but the room is upstairs. There'r a room adjacent to the downstairs bathroom, which is used as an office, but if you prefer the downstairs set up that is ok. Also, have 4 small poodles who are always with me and sleep in garage (refinished for them). Off street parking. Rent includes all except your food and personal care. So includes electricity, water, WIFI, garbage disposal, laundry room, laundry detergent (Tide free of dyies and perfume only), toilet paper, dishes, paper towels and fully furnished. You are responsible for cleaning your own quarters. No smoking in the house. Medical cannabis allowed if have medical card-smoke outside only. No illicit drugs of any kind. No fire arms unless you are in law enforcement or military with no violent criminal background. We are looking for a good fit so that home is harmonious and no resentments.
House is quiet, no loud music, everyone is pretty much stays in their room when home, but you may use all common areas off course: 2 living rooms, office (when I am not using as I work from home), kitchen, outside yard. Dogs are friendly, not barky. Open to one extra pet preferably small.
