I have a top floor apartment off Hwy 98. Looking for a single roomie who is neat, respectful, no animals and only needs a short-term stay for a few months. I live over at the Seaview Santa Rosa apartments which used to be Arium. My patio faces the Sports Complex as well. I am near an elevator if needed.
