near Tom Thumb, Cocoons, Goatfeathers market, Cafe 30-A, Angelina’s
You can have the master bedroom and half the office.
I will keep the guest bedroom for when I come down (not very often) but your guests can use the bedroom.
The complex has a big pool.
The place is furnished but feel free to bring some furniture – I can put some in storage.
I am looking for $650/month rent and part of utilities.
Short or long term OK.
