Roommate needed in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house in Santa Rosa Beach off of 393 South. Spare room is the master bedroom with own bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom furnished with bed, night stand, desk, dresser, filing cabinet and cable tv. If roommate has own furninshings we can move mine into storage. Owner of home is rarely home, but requests clean, quiet, professional male or female. Pets negotiable. $675 pays all (rent, power, cable, water). First and last months rent.
