$600 + half utilities
I'm looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible. I have two rooms with one private bathroom available for you to rent. The rest of the house is furnished and complete with a washer/dryer. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in this 1400 sq ft townhome located walking distance to the beach.
I am a 27 year old female professional, non-smoker with one cat and I am looking for a responsible roommate who can finish out the lease. The lease goes til the end of July and I would consider resigning as well.
I would like a roommate that has no pets and I would consider and outside smoker. I require meeting before making a decision.
