1. Find a roommate to move into my current place and split rent
- Rent is $1,500/month (per person)
- Spacious, clean, in a quiet and safe neighborhood
- i am 23 years old and sell medical devices!

2. Find a 1-bedroom rental for myself in the Santa Rosa Beach / 30A area
- Budget: Ideally around or under $1,600/month
- Hoping for a clean, quiet space with parking
- Open to carriage houses, guest houses, or in-law suites

Looking to move by the end of July I’m clean, respectful, employed full-time, and have no pets.
