3 Bedrooms available in a newly built home. The location is perfect in a family friendly community (Paradise Cove) The house will be completed sometime in late June - early July.
As of now rent price is not determined but home will be shared with 4 people total. There is a masters bedroom with his&her sink, huge closet. The rooms will be furnished but need to have own beddings.
only want people who truly respect others and wants to have a clean environment. No pets allowed, no partying, smoking inside the house.
Couples will be ok if they decide to rent the masters bedroom.
