Rosemary Starbucks?

What is the status of the Rosemary Beach Starbucks? Is it closed yet and if so will anyone be taking it over?

I haven't been there in a while but I'm pretty sure it's still open. There are issues which need to be worked out with Starbucks and the 2 landlords regarding current leases before new tenants can be negotiated with for Rosemary & WaterColor.

It's still open, but closing at 7:00 now. No word on closing permanently yet. Investors have approached at least one employee to reopen as a local type coffee shop.

I was there this AM, like I am everyday....the employees don't seem to know anything regarding their future. All I know is that I have now buy the NY Times out of a machine across the street, with quarters only!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a friend who works at one to be closed up north. She said that she doesn't know when it will happen and the company will give them 30 days notice for the closing.
