Join us March 23rd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (with a one-hour break for lunch) for this two part seminar, designed to help you learn to run more efficiently and pain free.

Part 1: Running Mechanics
If someone asked you to teach them how to run, could you actually
explain efficient running technique and form? Probably not.

When you’ve tried to improve your running did you just “run more” only
to get slower and be frustrated by nagging IT band, knee or lower back
pain? Probably so.

Learn how to run properly and pain free by learning the CrossFit Endurance method of posture, falling and pulling. The 2 hour session will include:

-Running efficiency and form lesson

-Teaching of CrossFit Endurance "posture, falling and pulling" theory

-Hands on drills and skills introduction and practice

Part 2 Mobility for Runners (and others) You can only express the power you have to the extent that you can get into the proper position. Mobility is the key to achieving that position. Join us for an in depth working session to improve your running mechanics and the mobility that makes your running work.

Based on information from Kelly Starrett in his Mobility and Movement Certification, this workshop will address movement issues specific not just to runners but to everyone: shoulders, hips, ankles, low back, thoracic spine, wrists, rib cage.

If you want to improve as an athlete at any level you must learn to do your own maintenance.
