Today show had a segment on Sand Holes and the dangers. They said that research shows that they have 33 deaths that they know of because of sand holes.
The lifeguard said that the holes are like a sugar bowl. Put your finger in the middle of a sugar bowl and pull it out, when you pull it out, the sand caves in, same goes for the sand holes.
Don't let your kids dig those holes!!!
I had my kids watch the segment so they could hear not only from me, but someone else!
