Does anyone work for/know anyone at/have any contacts with Sandcastle Designs Furniture? I am having a heck of a time getting anyone there to call me back concerning an extremely late order I placed with them. I tried leaving a vm for the owner, but she hasn't called me back. I've done business with them before and they were pretty good, but this order is three weeks late now and no one can tell me when, or if, the furniture will actually arrive. I just get "We'll look into it and call you back", then no one ever calls me back.

My Thanksgiving guests are going to be sitting on the floor......

I did finally get a call back from the owner today, and they are going to loan me a loveseat for the holidays....she still had no more information on my loveseat, though. I am happy she called, but I think it's a little silly that it took two calls to the owner to get any kind of movement.
