The Thanksgiving menu includes a Seafood Bar complete with poached shrimp, oysters, steamed mussels, clams, smoked salmon and crudo (daily catch). Assorted bread, salads and soups, including Lobster Bisque and Roasted Butternut Squash, are also available. Guests can delight in entrée and carving choices such as Roasted Turkey with traditional gravy, Cedar Plank Salmon served with lemon and butter caper sauce and Prime Rib in a demi-glace. Pair these with a variety of savory side dishes, including Haricot Vert with béchamel, mushroom and crispy onions; Corn on the Cob, Roasted Baby Carrots in hot honey; Buttery Herb Stuffing; Whipped Yukon Potatoes; and Cranberry Sauce. Guests can also enjoy a slice of Southern hospitality when serving their choice of Homestyle Pie at the end of the meal. Special beverage add-on options include a bottle of Sandestin’s new signature wine or a pitcher of sangria.
The meal feeds 6-8 people. Detailed pick-up instructions and schedule will be arranged with guests prior.
