New 4 br/ 3 bath Cottage in Old Florida Village. We closed on 4/28/05 and had a brief albeit successful 1st season, now we're kicking into high-gear for '06 with our beautiful new VT.

Beautiful place Unplugged! DVR and unlimited long distance are nice added touches. I'm sure you will be overflowing with 2006 rentals.
