I hate to say this but what new fountain?? I haven't been there for about 6 mths. Is it in front where the kiosks are? If so yes. We face 30A in the first building where Coastal is.

A gigantic fountain is being installed at The Village Of South Walton in Seacrest Beach near Rosemary Beach on 30-A. It will have many water jets in two rows spaced four feet apart. They will be synchronized, with lights - Las Vegas style.
