We have a 2000 sq ft, 3BR/2Bth Beach Cottage style home (built in 2001) for rent in the Whites Gulfview subdivision off of Hwy 30A. The subdivision is located at the east end of Hwy 30A between Watersound and Alys Bch. The home has hardwood floors throughout, a large screen porch, and deeded beach access. We are negotiable on the length of the lease. (anywhere from 6 mos to 1 yr possible). The rent is $1750 per month.(utilities not included). 850-251-3995 Thanks
