It's on the ground level and backs up to Pt. Washington National Forest for great privacy (Great for long term rental).
You turn at the Tom Thumb on Somerset Bridge Rd. near Cafe 30-A and it's about a block down on the left.
My Mom is very ill and there is no way that I can be down there at this time, I am having to stay in Chattanooga now.
I have had a hefty deposit down on this unit for about 15 months. I'm asking $500,000. This is the least expensive unit for this size in the whole development.
If ANYONE out there might be interested in a beautiful new preconstruction unit in the heart of Seagrove for the most resonable price that ever was, please call me. I'm desperate. There is no way I can afford this and I can't bear to lose almost a $100,000 deposit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
