Just wondering if anyone is familiar with "SeaNest" property, beachfront on Eastern Lake. We are due to arrive May 30th and have never stayed in this particular rental unit. Also wondering if there are any "new" local favorite restaurants in the 30a area that we should try. Hoping for good weather also.
How has it been?

We would love to see you at La Botana!

It's hard to call something a "beachfront unit" when it rents for $6000 a week. Sounds like a condo.

There is only one beachfront unit at the neighborhood formerly known as SeaNest. The name has been erased because of the development of SeaNest Village across 30A -- a totally different neighborhood.

If you have rented the beachfront home in the neighborhood formerly known as SeaNest south of 30A, it is gorgeous.

You can walking to Flip-Flops, Seagrove Coyote, La Botana, Angelina's, and Cafe Thirty-A. Seaside is les thantwo miles away, as is Publix.

Just don't leave trash and your beach stuff on the beach. Please fill the holes you dig. I have many spies in the area.:ninja:
