Search for REO (bank owned), short sales, foreclosures, etc -- NEW!

Our local Association of Realtors has a public site for anyone to search property. It comes directly from the data in our MLS. A new feature allows the public to easily search for bank owned (REO), short sales, foreclosures, etc.
go to www.EmeraldCoastHomesOnline.com
click on "property."
click on "more search options."
enter your search criteria and for sale type, you may select any of the specific types from the list. If none are selected, all property sale types will be searched.

ex- to search only REO properties (bank owned), select REO (soon to be changed to "bank owned").

Sales type is not an option with land, condos, etc. Will it be added in the future?

Yes, it will soon be added. Maybe my announcement was a touch early. For each sale category, you will (soon) be able to search for sale type.

I think this will be a great advantage to the many people who feel closed off from such information.
