Seaside beach acess?

Are they still only allowing Seaside property owners and guest to use the beach access?

If so, how do they check whether you are an owner/guest or not?

Hmmm. They have been running away "day-trippers". That is, insisting that people leave the beach area if they are not owners or guests of Seaside. Naturally, the independent merchants at Seaside are not happy about this, as they are running off customers.

i was just there staying in seagrove and we had to access the beach at seaside and we never got ran off and never saw anyone ran off

in Seaside and it was hit or miss
whether anyone asked if you were
staying there. I did see families turned
away Mon. May be different today.
