South Walton shout out: Season two of “Emeril's Florida” premiered Sunday, January 5, on the Cooking Channel. This season, South Walton is featured in nine different segments, the first of which broadcast Sunday, January 19th. Two episodes focusing solely on our region will air Sunday, January 26 at 1:30 p.m. CST and Sunday, March 2 at 1:30 p.m. CST. The episode featuring SEASIDE® Airstreams will air January 26th with additional programming dates for “Find Your Perfect Beach and Bites-Part 1” as follows:

- Henderson Farm expects to be back at Seaside this weekend with a large assortment of pickles, pickled vegetables, jams and jellies, and salsa. New this weekend is delicious Thai-spiced pickled purple onions, lemon marmalade, Calamondin orange marmalade, and blueberry marmalade.
- Cranky Yankee will have collard greens, kale, arugula, endive, romaine and the other usual items.
