The public charter school continues to work toward adding an elementary school in Alys Beach but there are no plans yet to begin construction. In the meantime, the middle school in Seaside will be adding approx. 40 5th graders next year to existing 6,7, & 8th grades.
Seacoast High is under the SNS charter and 9th and 10th grade classes are held at Northwest Florida State College Campus on Hwy 331 South. 11th grade will be added next Fall and 12th grade in Fall 2015.
There are more students desiring to attend than spots are available - SNS and SCHS are accepting lottery applications as of January 6 through April 1, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. The lottery application and guidelines can be downloaded at www.seasideschool.net for Seaside and Seacoast. Please feel free to contact the school with any questions. Siblings of current Seaside and Seacoast students will need to complete and submit an application by April 1st at 3:00 p.m.
