Seaside - Seaside radio station 107.1 FM announced that it's "Polka Into Spring" cd giveaway promotion will continue this week. The contest held last Friday would have given the station's third caller a free Polka Hits of 2004 cd.
Only two listeners have called since Friday, and the station has announced that it will continue the contest until the winning third listener calls. "We learned our lesson with last year's contest," said station Manager Mark Merrill. "We gave the cd to our eighth caller and the contest lasted nearly six months before we had a winner."
