Seaside School Half Marathon - Parts of 30A Closed 2/19/23

Just a gentle reminder in case I missed it somewhere on here...
The Seaside School Half Marathon is this Sunday (the 19) from Seaside to 393 along 30A.
Race starts at 0645 and ends at 1000. Be sure to plan ahead if you need to be somewhere during that time and have to drive on 30A as access will be limited.

I only remembered this because 2 large orange portable toilets appeared in front of my house, today!

Walton County Sheriffs Office:

The Seaside School Half Marathon & 5K is scheduled for Sunday, February 19, 2023.

Walton County Sheriff's Office will be assisting with the race route and closing the course to vehicle traffic on race day to ensure both runners and motorists stay safe.

On the day of the race, 30A will close from S County Highway 393 to S County Highway 395 from 5:30 am to 10:00 am.

We are putting this out as a reminder for all whose commute may be affected by this closure. For more information, please visit the website below.
