That's right folks, I'm bringing back some of the magic from the good ol' days of "Mo Betta Music" as a part of my hour during the 2nd Annual 30A Radiothon this Friday, December 5th from 10-11PM. You'll hear music from Amos Lee, Broken Social Scene, Jenny Lewis (of Rilo Kiley) and others during "Seaside U," and if you make a donation of $50 on behalf of my hour before Thursday, December 4th at 4:00PM, you can even request a song to be included in the playlist!

There are some great prizes to give away as well during the hour including:

Pairs of passes to the ice skating rink at Baytowne Wharf - One pair for every $25 donation
A box of fresh, organic produce (courtesy of "Off the Vine Produce") - Donation of $100
Dinner for two to Marlin Grill - First $100 donation during the show receives this gift

Don't forget to make your online pledges now (preferably on behalf of my hour) and be sure to listen on Friday, December 5th, from 10-11PM to help us raise money for our community radio station and to receive some great gifts!

30A Radio, always on the dial at 107.1FM and streaming worldwide online at: 30ARadio.org.

Exciting news for tonight's "Seaside U" program during the 30A Radiothon. We have another prize to giveaway this evening; a $100 gift card to Destin Commons. As a result, we will be changing our method of awarding prizes. For each donation of $25 during the hour, you will receive one entry into a drawing for these wonderful gifts (which means if you donate $100, you'll get four chances to win one of these great gifts).

Also, through the "Coins for a Cause" program, Destin Commons will be matching all donations up to $200 towards the Radiothon. Please join me in thanking Destin Commons, along with The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard and Marlin Grill for their support of our community radio station!

We'll see you (on the radio) tonight at 10PM!
