Yes, Carroll Shelby of Shelby Cobra fame. He is a racing legend and a pioneer. I hear he also cooks a mean batch of Texas chili. Note: no beans. No tomatoes. If it has beans and/or tomatoes, it ain't chili. It's tomato beef soup or some such.
