Here, local and seasonal ingredients drive the inspiration for both the food and beverage program. The Citizen is actively seeking a positive and proactive server assistant to join the team. The server assistant should be a highly organized service professional who assists the waitstaff in keeping service running smoothly. Duties include, but are not limited to:

The Citizen is actively seeking a positive and proactive server assistant to join the team. The server assistant should be a highly organized service professional who assists the waitstaff in keeping service running smoothly. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping the service areas stocked and cleaned
- Preparing the dining area before guests are seated
- Serving water and refilling beverages as needed
- Removing and replenishing dirty silverware and plate ware
- Cleaning and resetting tables after guests leave
- Maintaining all health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- Supporting in other tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus
- Understanding of health and safety rules in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm and professional
- Willingness to work at peak hours which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends

- Act in accordance with The Citizen guidelines
- Good attitude with a passion for high-quality service
Physical Requirements:
- Consistent standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks
