We wanted to share the Sheila Goode Scholarship Fund with everyone. Sheila lost her battle with cancer last weekend. Sheila's many friends and family throughout the community came together to honor her life recently with a beautiful service and life celebration on the beach. I'm not surprised to see how many lives have been touched by Sheila throughout the years through friendship, photography, working together, playing together, and life. She's one woman who made a difference in our community and she always will. She is well known by friends as "Sheila the Great"... I believe this loving nickname has many meanings by many people. She is well loved.

On Saturday, June 6, photographer and dear friend of the CAA passed away, leaving a huge void in our hearts and community. Sheila’s beautiful spirit of giving and love for the arts will be honored through the establishment of a memorial scholarship in her name.
In lieu of flowers, Sheila’s family asks that donations be made to the Sheila Goode Scholarship Fund that will further encourage and empower young artists as Sheila always did.
The CAA will award an annual scholarship to a student of photography. Donations to the fund may be made online or by mail to Cultural Arts Alliance, 105 Hogtown Bayou Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
