Got a chance to try it out. Hard to beat the patio here for people watching and relaxing. And, with a new roof and mounted fans(upgrade from the Smiling Fish days), it is actually comfortable outside. Caesar Salad was excellent. Shrimp gazpacho was bland, but with some salt it was alot better. We split the hot dog. Nobody has any business eating that whole thing...it is big! It was actually quite good, I would have liked a little more heat in the mango salsa but they did have three varieties of hot sauce on the table (Louisiana, Crystal and Cholula) but I think more jalapeno would be better. Sorry, Tootsie, but the french fries were the kind that had no thought process involved in their preparation. I had a Coke, only concern there is that it came in a single use plastic cup. Why, why, why one use plastic cups on the beach?! My partner had the $8 (yes, brutal price) Michelob Ultra and it came in a reusable cup. All in all it was a good experience, service was good. Plenty of potential.thumbnail_IMG_9615.jpg

Thanks for your concern. These look like basic fries which I like. Not the coated ones everyone serves now.

It's a good location and will give it a try!
