We've been coming to the area for a little over ten years staying mostly in Destin and a couple of times at Navarre Beach. Now we are thinking of trying 30A for our two weeks in May. The extent of our exploration on 30A is a drive to Seaside each of the last two years. The wife and I like to sit on the beach, read and have some adult beverages and we also like to hit the water with our nets and do some shelling, which we discovered we like while staying in Navarrre Beach. Destin on the other hand, has little to no shells(in our experience). I found the threads that I could on this forum related to shells and it would appear that the area is more like Destin than Navarre Beach when it comes to shelling? Am I reading that correctly?
