well that is the question. A rotation should be set up to keep all ingresses and egresses under full time surveillance. I am hard at work compiling a dossier with all presently known and suspected Shellyness to help with identification purposes, but I could lose interest any second. Surveil from the inside of the restaurant and enjoy the grub, it could be a long and or fruitless wait. But golly, I hope not. Have a sketch artist on hand to make a portrait of Shelly, as the camera will probably cause a hasty retreat if he sees it.
