Wanted Short term 3-4 month 1/1 rental

I will be relocating to the SoWal area in mid-October and will be needing furnished rental space for no less than 3 months and likely no more than 4 months while I get familiar with the area and shop real estate. I would prefer to be in the Santa Rosa area but am flexible on location.

The ideal would be a 1/1 unit. However; I'm not opposed to a roommate scenario. I would like to keep expenses under $1,000.

This last request might be a tall order. That said, a view would be nice.
