Short Term Rental Form

Does anyone have a copy of a short term rental form that they can share?

I have not used one in the past and it has not been a problem.... but one of my New Years resolutions was to use one.... but, I am too tired to draft it... and am in hopes that someone will trade a future beer for a Word Doc or something.... thanks in advance.

I noticed that this form is copyrighted. However, there is number you can call that perhaps, they can do a form for you.

You might want to try looking on one of the big rental companies' web sites to see what they have their renters agree to. I know Beach Rentals of South Walton has what is basically their agreement in the process you follow when renting a unit. Just go through the steps and stop when you get to that page of the reservation process. You should be able to cut and paste.
