On another thread SJ brought up kids eating moth balls. Well i have a question......

In shoe boxes the packs of Silca say "Do not eat" BUT arent the people who would most likely eat them (children) unable to read???? :dunno:

I think that is why we have gone to the new language of symbols on so many warning labels, and the McDonald's symbol menu (you have to ask for it) -- warning labels and McDonald's, :scratch:maybe that guy was right.

I ate at a greasy spoon a few months back where the menu was posted over the counter like a McDonald's.

And there, at the bottom, in small print, helpfully for the blind and the illiterate, it said "Picture Menu Available on request". :clap_1:

I am still wondering how the blind man is supposed to find McDonald's, and even when he does find McD's, do you think he ordes the usual #3 combo or does he ask to "see" the brail menu? There is a blind man I know in back in Athens and every time I saw him, I spoke and introduced myself to him. He was one of the happiest people I knew, and he always said, "Good to see you." :D I indeed think that he could see me.
