SK2 Cafe is now open in the Rosemary Beach Inn (formerly the Pensione). The cafe is a cozy place with seating indoors and out - on Main Street on the south side of town center overlooking the square near the Gulf of Mexico.
I haven't seen a menu but the facebook photos look wonderful including

Ahi tuna atop a spinach arugula salad with citrus vinaigrette, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, grilled pineapple and feta cheese.

Summer Kitchen Cafe is the original cafe still serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in Rosemary Beach - north part of town square. Coast Food & Wine in Grayton Beach is also another restaurant by the same owners with Chef Chris Joyner - open for dinner only.
