Kenny! Thanks for the concern and advice. I genuinely feel like after the 4th and all the drinking, eating and general bad stuff, I need a cleaning from the inside out. I was shooting for Sunday, but this may come to an end on Friday. Stay tuned...I won't take it overboard- I swear!

I do have a headache though. Ugh!:angry:

I had some colon cleanser in my cabinet that I got from the Health Food Store here and mixed up a tablespoon last night in water and drank it. It is psyllium husk which is a colon cleanser and laxative. It not only cleaned me out but caused me to bleed. And it was because I went forcefully and very fast. I got my tail chewed from my Gastroenterologist. They told me never to use anything like that. And twice since I had that happen this morning I am still seeing a small amount of bright red blood. So for those that have not tried it and are thinking about it, you might want to think twice. I was thinking maybe it would cure me of the gas problem I had been having. But instead it caused worse consequences. So I will just have to deal with the gas issues until it clears up, if ever, and hope I have done no damage to my colon.
