Hi all! My name is Abbie and I’m in search of a small parcel of land to park my 1999 Ecoline converted camper van (and, at night, my jeep wrangler beside it) on, and live in on a month to month basis. The van has its own solar and I will be buying water for drinking.
So no hookups needed - I am just looking for some land to park on and legally live on! My budget is around $100/$150 a month for a spot, considering I don’t need anything else but land. Great if you have a large property or some extra space that you don’t use and would like some passive income. Especially wonderful if you have any space near a wooded area so I can hang a hammock.
About me, I’m a 21 year old female and I work full time on 30a making and selling clothes for a living (yes, I sew!), and I also just started my first semester at GCSC for business. That said, Panama City Beach all the way to the edge of Santa Rosa is my preferred area.
I love art, writing, and my word for this year is ACTION - which means instead of just dreaming about doing things, I’m taking steps to actually do them and take some risks!
Thus, the van. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and am working on converting it so that I can be more free and less tied down, while still working and going to school full time.
I do also have a jeep wrangler that will be parked at nights when I come back to my van. And when I go on weekend trips, my jeep will be left and I’ll just take the van.
As far as noise levels and mess, I am very respectful and don’t listen to music on speakers or stay up late. I don’t drink, smoke, vape, or do any drugs, and I usually go to bed around 10 or 11, and I get up around 6 or 7.
