Sounds about right. He has now astro turfed the driveway. He took out a $2mm loan, from a south Florida lender that obviously did not know his reputation, of course defaulted and the loan is now in foreclosure with a Summary Judgment date of June 6. He also conned a woman dentist from Wisconsin to give him over $100,000 secured by his lien rights on the property. It’s all in the Walton County court files.
