Enjoy a new children’s play presented by The Seaside REP, take part in a fun-filled Family Night, or join the Neighborhood Fun Run with Fleet Feet. Don’t miss the 30A Songwriters Festival Showcase, featuring nationally acclaimed performers like the Abe Partridge Band, Ruthie Foster, Gurufish, and Livingston Taylor.

With ample parking, a spacious covered pavilion, and cooling ceiling fans, The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center is a favorite gathering place for families and neighbors alike in South Walton. Best of all, every event is FREE and open to the public!

Free Concert Tomorrow Night​

Join us on Thursday, June 12, for an unforgettable night of live music as the 30A Songwriters Festival Showcase returns to the Sounds Like Summer series at The Pavilion at Watersound® Town Center (85 Origins Main St.) This week’s FREE concert features the soulful sounds of Wyatt Espalin opening for the always entertaining Abe Partridge. The music starts at 6 p.m., so bring your lawn chair, gather your crew, and settle in for a perfect summer evening. The Glenwood Mobile Market food truck will be on-site serving up delicious eats and drinks. With plenty of shade and a family-friendly vibe, it’s the ultimate way to enjoy summer on the coast. Don’t miss this special showcase! The Sounds Like Summer series continues through August, with four featured performances from 30A Songwriters Festival artists.
