I've seen lots of new subdivisions or old ones coming back to life. Everyone has noticed the torrid building pace in Naturewalk, Watercolor, watersound, etc.

It looks like the whole area is following suit with projects not seen since the early 2000s. :spin:

These are just a handful as a representation of what ios going on from the recent copy of the Beach Breeze.

Bunker Cove - 55 homes in Peach Creek area off 98.
Dune Allen - 4 homes.
Inlet Beach Commons Retail
Seacroft in Santa Rosa Beach - 17 homes.
Grand Boulevard at Sandestin - 489,000 sf to include Starbucks and Buffalo Wild Wings and more.
Seabreeze in Seacrest - 8 homes.
Alys Beach - 12 homes.
Dune Crossing - 7 homes in Santa Rosa Beach.
Spyglass Hill - 6 homes in Santa Rosa Beach.

There's a huge area just clear cut in Inlet Beach for an upscale shopping center that will have Rosemary Beach style architecture.

And the new Donut Hole in Inlet Beach has walls going up.

Any other new stuff you know about or seen out there?
