SoWal in February with kids...things to do?

Hi, we love going to SoWal during the Summer but we're thinking about visiting in February this year. Could y'all give me an idea of what the weather is like and activities, etc that we could do with a baby and two elementary aged kids during the Winter?

Also, aside from Watercolors, do you have any recommendations of areas with cottages, condos that have great amenities for kids (i.e. heated pool, tennis courts, etc?)

Weather is usually chilly but we can have some awesome early Spring days. Water is cold for southern type peoples. It's pretty quiet but always stuff to do ... keep your eye on events www.SoWal.com/events ....

Rosemary Beach has heated pool and tennis, as does Sandestin . . .
