The downstairs king master has a private bath and access to a furnished front porch. On the second floor is a newly added fourth bedroom with an extra-long twin built in bunk, as well as a newly added half bath. Also upstairs, are two additional bedrooms, one queen bed with a private bath and one king bed with a private bath and bonus twin bunkroom. Both bedrooms have shared access to a private screened-in porch. A spiral staircase leads to a newly renovated large open air tower with amazing gulf and town views. Off the front porch is an outdoor sitting area perfect for family gatherings.
