Need a beach local opinion

Hi
I'm trying to plan our first visit to SoWalton and I am overwhemed, any suggestions on where to start.
We like a vacation home and have looked at Tropical Tantrum and Sanctuary at Seculsion Dunes, we like a private pool and these were two properties suggested to us because we are only a party of two with a toddler, Sanctuary looked ideal except it was too far back from the beach, with a toddler that want work, TT looked right on the beach. ANy suggestions, as I said I am overwhelmed.
