Oh, Toots, where are you?

Today, I had no goals other than surviving. Stayed up too late, drank too much Corona. Had to help daughter move today, so had 1/2 egg bagel from McDonalds (hate that place). Had one of those little mini microwave popcorns and three pieces of pizza. No walk yet, but may get some energy sometime tonight. Or, I may just go to bed. :dunno:

Tomorrow starts the big push before vaca. I know I will be bad that week, so gotta be really good this week. :bang:

Monday morning and ready to eat well today - all day. my goals this week:

drink water
load up on veggies and fruit
NO wine or alcoholic beverages
yoga/pilates twice this week
ride my NEW bike!!!

and also, I would like to formalize my eating plan a little - try to plan ahead on menus and shopping. this is going to take some time but is important for me to have a good plan and stick with it.

DD - yesterday was a complete waste of health!!! cheeseburger and fries, coke, sofa, fatigue... yuck!!! at least you were busy helping your daughter move - you're good...

ok so here i am long time coming. TOday I am going back on Weight Watchers. I lost 25 lbs. but when I went on a cruise I stopped and never went back. I am an online member with WW and track my points w/them and they also have a message board for support as well. (nothing like my SOWAL friends :love: ) Anywho, Today

  • water, water,water
  • getting used to counting points again
  • I need to fill myself up with lots of determination
If anyone that reads this is doing WW please pm me and we can share pointers and recipes. I have a ton....good ones too ;-)

IBD I think weight watchers is a great program, I know many gals that have lost a good ammount of weight on that!!!! I have also tried it and lost eleven pounds very quickly then summer came and I quit :roll: but I'm back on track as of two weeks ago and I already feel better!!! I was walking/jogging the track at the high school everynight, then I pulled something in my knee last Monday and doc said to take a week off (maybe more) to let it heal :sosad: I am really bummed out....but I want it to heal quickly so I can get back to three miles a night. I hate set-backs!!!!!! :blush:
