It starts with a dockside reception where you will enjoy passed hors d'ouevres: Pork Barbacoa Empanadas and Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna. Once the cruise begins you will be treated to 2 other courses; Vichyssoise (traditional Potato and Leak Soup), Braised Short Rib/Chilean Sea Bass served with Cajun Corn Maque Choux, Baby Carrots, & Champagne Crème Sauce, finished with Chocolate Lava Cake with Cranberry Rose Compote.
