seems to be a lot of competition out there at the moment. Not Bayfront like yours, but some close to the beach for similar amounts or less. Did you rent the small one yet?

It is a great location, I used to live in the smaller one. Beautiful views, and it's especially pleasant if you hit it off with the cottage occupant, since the dock is shared.

The rent though, it is a bit high for this market. There are gorgeous newer homes near the beach renting for less. Maybe with a little (actually, make that lots) of landscaping and a new fence I'd be tempted.... It really was a beautiful place to wake up in the morning and watch the sunrise.
