I have some new pics in my thread 'Under Water' in the 'About Sowal' section of a tiny Pygmy Rattler I saw today.

But what about this picture. It looks like a wonderful painting but is simply a shot of the sand. Just thought I'd share.

Cool Pic. My Brother-in-law has a trinket that works kind of like a kaleidascope but with different colors of sand in water encased in glass. It is a triangle shape and rotating it makes the sand shift through the water column and changes the view. It is really cool.

Tha only thing I don't like about your photo is all that black sand mixing with white sand. I have some area on the West end of 30-A where there seems to be an unusually high amount of black sand on the beach.

This pic was taken just west of One Seagrove Place where water from the road comes down into a crease between the buildings and the dunes and onto the beach. I suppose part of the black is from the soil that is collected by the water run off. It just jumped out at me how it looked like an abstract painting. Natures gift.
