Thank goodness that my spring break is the first week in April instead of when ATL spring break is! Of course, we'll buy a bunch of groceries and cook at home to avoid the traffic and the waits at restaurants. Plus a couple of Bruno's when we're too lazy to cook.

EDIT: We never did spring break when at Tulane. Living in NOLA was a year-round spring break. Ditto when in grad school at the University of Florida. So we always went to Atlanta, stayed at Mom's (Daddy died from a heart attack my freshman year), rode bikes and acted like preteens with my brother and sister, and shopped and dined with them during spring break.

You can add the entire state of Michigan public school systems to the list from 4-4 to 4-11 (that's when we'll be down there).
