Are there many homes that will accommodate 14 single people that will rent for 5 nights during spring break? Most likely looking for Saturday, April 4-Thursday, April 9.
Would like a private pool, but that isn't a deal breaker. Large kitchen would be nice as most meals will be cooked; gas grill outside is also desired. Budget is for under $4000 for the 5 nights.
Most of the homes that sleep more people have bunk rooms which isn't a problem, but I don't see an adult man climbing into the top bunk of a metal frame bunkbed! I would think the wooden bunks would be sturdier.
Are there any rental companies that specialize in the larger homes? So far we have just checked with VRBO and Homeaway.
