It's the best of both worlds...quiet uncrowded, very family-oriented beach (no highrises within miles) but close enough to enjoy the boutique shopping and nightlife of Pier Park. Plus, Publix is less than a mile away!
It's a great house that we completely renovated last Spring. The 3 bedrooms are generously sized, each with a King bed and private bathroom, plus a sleeping loft that is perfect for the preteen/teen set. The pool is directly out your back door inside a fenced, tropical courtyard with plumbed gas grill for grilling up those Gulf Shrimp!
